Appointments now on line – with nerds
We 'Zoom', we 'Skype', we Facebook 'chat'
Proficient now with every App.

Erstwhile consumers, we reflect
What do we really need to get?
Fruit and veg now top the list
And Belgian chocolate, I insist!

Good news! Now flour can be found
Baking helps morale rebound!
There are chicken breasts to spare
But as for eggs – they are not there!

Loo rolls and bin bags? Back in stock
Crisps have vanished, wine has not!
Marshmallows come and go with ease
But what do people do with these?

Not lured by tins or frozen meals
I feast on fresh food - such good deals!
An enticing, colourful display:
A different salad every day!
