Not all are vital - but we dread
To 'miss out' on some urgent theme
So we're constantly 'on screen'...
This can't be right – where's our free time?
As pressure mounts - we stay on line ...
Afraid to take a little pause
While summer passes by outdoors;
These 'priorities' just might be wrong
Be zen, switch off and hear birdsong!
