These Virus stats are quite a strain;
We seek authentic views
So we trust the TV once again
For all our daily news.

Many now are worry-guts
They feel that Man is cursed
We're all being hoicked out of our ruts
And what's more - it gets worse!

But there is good as well as bad
Some spin-offs can prove fun
You can slow down, just a tad
And nip out – for a run.

Or, better still, just disconnect
And try some meditation
Or clean; where does that dust collect?
Do you need an invitation?

We're way out of our comfort zone
Our world has gone awry
So let's find joy in our own home
We can do it, if we try!
