But changing sides has history led
As wars and conflicts seek new goals
Changed perpectives, focused roles…
But will the Monkeys leave the Rock?
This metaphor is now red hot!
Trans-border crossings in fast lane …

The legendary Barbary macaques are Europe's only free-roaming wild monkeys. According to a famous myth, as long as the monkeys remain on the Rock, Gibraltar will stay under British rule. If they ever disappear, the British will leave.
