And share with friends a luscious cake
But before the day, it doesn’t count
And anyway the real amount
Of years you have survived intact
Is just a number, a plain fact.
Good health is really that one thing
We hope the birthday fée will bring.
As long as you can beat that drum
And with your daughter and her Mum
Enjoy life, work a bit, stay real
Then growing old is no big deal!
