Branching Out!

Time marches on - trees grow more branches

The learning curve their lives enhances

Sap rises from the depths within

And so it is, with kith and kin!

 

How I admire their happy faces

Determined they are going places!

But, for now, they catch the sun

Watching shadows as they run.

 

Australia and its great outdoors

Holds suburbia in its claws

Its haunting beauty everywhere;

Its weird fauna makes you stare!

 

The magic horse on background blue

But the pink hat must come too!

While Thomas, older takes his ease

Against one of these noble trees.

 

I admire the freedom they enjoy

An enchanted childhood, where the boy

And his cute sister face the lens

And Mummy such great photos sends!
