Await collection - but in vain
Their adoptive parents kept apart
Trapped sadly in this maelstrom heart.

A red, rafflesia tuan-mudae
Grows, giant-like, into the sky
What a Sumatran masterpiece!
Nature's wonders never cease.

Israeli leaders coalesce
Will years of squabbling stand the test?
Some borders open, some stayed closed
