The joy of eating never palls;
Summer colours strike the eye
A rainbow choice for us to buy!
With vibrant veg of every hue
Organic herbs tempt us anew
An Aladdin's cave of tasty bites
Palate frissons and delights!
Who says a salad must be plain?
Let's chop and mix and chop again;
This kalaidoscope of crunch and tang
Pleasures us as nothing can!
On Nature's wealth our bodies thrive
We love our vitamins alive!
So why take supplements and pills
When healthy eating cures most ills?
