There are tremors of unrest abroad
Across the Bosphorus a horde
Of lock-downs on an epic scale
No one is awarded bail …
Does the US hold its Trump card high?
Trial by media for this guy
Some sort of hallucination
Seems to grip this once great Nation...
Has it always been as bad as this?
We're edging to a precipice
With the unexpected who can deal?
No summer daydream – this is real!
